Echo Street West, also known as “Vibe” is a project located within Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia. Constructed as a type IIIA over type IA building, it included 292 market rate apartments wrapped around a naturally and mechanically ventilated, precast concrete parking structure, containing approximately 409 parking spaces. Unit designs included a total of 48 base unit types with required variations based on square footage, number of bedrooms, and skin conditions. Retail and leasing amenities were provided in the base building structure under podium with a pool courtyard on grade as well as an indoor rooftop amenity and a rooftop terrace.
