Alexan Summerhill is a project located within Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia. Constructed as a type IIIA over type IA building, it included 315 market rate apartments wrapped around a naturally and mechanically ventilated, precast concrete parking structure, containing approximately 419 parking spaces. Unit designs included a total of 22 base unit types with required variations based on square footage, number of bedrooms, and skin conditions. Approximately 10,000 SF of leasing amenities were provided in the base building structure under podium with a pool courtyard on grade as well as a sky lounge and sky deck on the top level.
