Project: Circle South

Circle South is a project to be located within Davidson County in Nashville, Tennessee. Designed as a type IA high-rise utilizing light gauge, load bearing metal studs, it includes 257 market rate apartments within a 14 story tower. The tower is supported by a concrete podium transfer slab over a 6 story naturally and mechanically ventilated, cast-in-place, concrete parking structure, which will contain approximately 337 parking spaces. Unit designs include a total of 31 base unit types with required variations based on square footage, number of bedrooms, and skin conditions. Approximately 12,000 SF of leasing amenities will be provided in the base concrete building structure. The pool courtyard and additional amenities will be located on the elevated concrete podium structure. A sky lounge and sky deck will be included at the top level of the building.
