Oleander, also known as “Executive Park” is a project located within Dekalb County in Atlanta, Georgia. Constructed as a type IIIA over type IA building, it included 348 market rate apartments wrapped around a naturally ventilated, precast concrete parking structure, containing approximately 557 parking spaces. Unit designs included a total of 29 base unit types with required variations based on square footage, number of bedrooms, and skin conditions. Approximately 10,500 SF of leasing amenities were provided in the base building structure under podium with a pool courtyard on grade as well as two other amenity courtyards.
