Town Laurel Crossing is a project located within Gwinnett County in Buford, Georgia. It is an apartment complex constructed with type VA buildings. It includes 360 market rate apartments along with 556 surface and covered parking spaces. Unit designs included a total of 17 base unit types with required variations based on square footage, number of bedrooms, and skin conditions. The complex also includes a centralized clubhouse with interior and exterior amenities, including a pool courtyard on grade. This project is still under construction.
