Notion is a project located within Dekalb County in Decatur, Georgia. Constructed as a type IIIA over type IA building, it included 290 market rate apartments wrapped around a naturally ventilated, precast concrete parking structure, containing approximately 409 parking spaces. Unit designs included a total of 28 base unit types with required variations based on square footage, number of bedrooms, and skin conditions. Approximately 10,000 SF of leasing amenities were provided in the base building structure under podium with a pool courtyard on grade. Visit the Notion website for more information.
